Get to know Grant below:<\/p>\n Grunta from the K\u0101piti Coast!<\/span><\/p>\n Grew up in Paek\u0101k\u0101riki and still living on the K\u0101piti Coast. I have a three-year-old boy and one-year-old identical twin girls, plus twin cats called Ritchie McClaw and Nala. I was an egg specialist for ten years in my earlier career as a chef. Enjoy fishing, golf, and rugby (more so prior to having three kids under three!).<\/span><\/p>\n I recruit for management and technical roles within the Civil and Built Construction sectors<\/a>. <\/span>It\u2019s<\/span> like being a detective, instead of finding the suspect who has <\/span>committed<\/span> the crime, I\u2019m <\/span>trying to find the right candidate for the right company. It\u2019s a needle in a haystack stuff, which takes a lot of investigation,<\/span> information gathering,<\/span> and hard work<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Currently perfecting the technique of changing nappies and coming up with innovative ideas to get vegetables into my three-year-old. I also enjoy coming up with new choreography for Wiggles dance parties in my living room.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n In this market, as Scribe once said, \u201cnot many, if any\u201d<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n In one of my earlier roles, we took <\/span>photos<\/span> of each candidate<\/span> we interviewed. On one <\/span>particular day,<\/span> one of the candidates <\/span>randomly pulled the \u2018blue steel\u201d <\/span>from <\/span>Zoolander\u2026 I will never forget it, it was so unexpected, and <\/span>oh so<\/span> funny.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Try not to burn any bridges.
