Get to know Tracey more below:<\/p>\n Tracey or Trace.<\/span><\/p>\n I <\/span>am lucky to call t<\/span>he sunny K\u0101piti Coast<\/span> my home. I live<\/span> in Waikanae Beach<\/span> with my long-term Partner,<\/span> and we both have our immediate families nearby. We <\/span>co-parent<\/span> Pipi (a very cute <\/span>bichon Shih Tzu<\/span>) <\/span>who often <\/span>come<\/span>s<\/span> and stay<\/span>s<\/span> with us, where we spend our weekends at the beach or at our local cafes. <\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n I have the privilege of heading up our Corporate Services<\/a> Division from our Wellington office. <\/span>I<\/span> currently work<\/span> across a broad range of areas including B<\/span>usiness <\/span>S<\/span>upport, HR, Marketing, Communications and Sales.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n I work with all clients big <\/span>or<\/span> small<\/span>, <\/span>whether it’s private, not-for-profit, membership\/professional body or <\/span>G<\/span>overnment.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n I\u2019m a<\/span>n<\/span> amateur surfer<\/span> in summer months<\/span>, <\/span>a <\/span>regular gym goer and <\/span>more recently have taken up hot yoga. <\/span>I<\/span> love a social gathering<\/span> with <\/span>friends or<\/span> hanging out<\/span> at one of our locals<\/span>. We are <\/span>currently <\/span>in the process of <\/span>designing our next dream home<\/span> in Waikanae<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n It can depend on the month \u2013 you start to lose count<\/span>. At a guess\u2026.2<\/span>5.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n One piece of advice I\u2019d give to any candidate going through the interview process is to really think of some concrete examples that demonstrate<\/span>\u00a0their relevance for the role (<\/span>skills, abilities, and experience) <\/span>\u2013 going back to basics of the STAR technique. <\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n I<\/span> enjoy partnering with my clients and establishing long-term relationships that are more than just a transaction<\/span>. U<\/span>se me to my full potential! I\u2019m here not only to find you great people but to give advice, test your thinking and ensure the process is robust<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n It\u2019s not really a hidden talent, but it is unusual – <\/span>I sneeze when I\u2019ve eaten too much!\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n I come from an office support background where I <\/span>grew from Team Admin to E<\/span>xecutive Assistant<\/span> to Office Manage<\/span>r \u2013 naturally I enjoy working in the Corporate Services space.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n I took a quiz to figure this answer out!
