We are excited to launch a new program to give back to Aotearoa with an employee led charity initiative<\/a>. When we were developing the programme, we wanted to create something that the team at Archway could feel good about! As we brainstormed charities, we quickly realised that each staff member had unique charities and reasons they supported them. The idea was born to give our staff<\/a> the chance to give back to a charity of their choice.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Each quarter we will give one staff member the chance to choose a charity that is important to them \u2013 not only does this share the love across the range of amazing charities in New Zealand it also supports the team and what is important to them.<\/span><\/p>\n Director Matthew Greenwood<\/a> was delighted to lead the creation of the Archway Assist initiative<\/a>. Matthew is a strong believer in corporate social responsibility and wanted to devise an initiative that everyone at Archway could get behind, including the clients and candidates that engage with us. The Directorship team are excited to say that this is just one of many steps Archway will be taking over the coming 12 months to give back.<\/p>\n Using our recruitment review platform Sourcr<\/a> we are asking clients and candidates to review their recent experience with Archway<\/a> (they will receive an email from Sourcr<\/a>) and for each review, we will donate $10. Over the quarter all reviews of any Archway consultant<\/a> will result in a $10 donation. We are hoping for as many reviews as possible to be able to give back to the chosen charities! <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n To start the program this quarter Sam Dick<\/a> has chosen Youthline<\/a> as his selected charity.<\/span> Sam’s friend and Archway client, Rhys Bayly volunteers at Youthline and sees how important the work is that they do for the youth of New Zealand. So, Sam decided to choose Youthline as the charity for this quarter.
