In my past role, I was confined to a comfort zone, however, now I can confidently state that I am pushing myself and gaining valuable knowledge!” Barbara says.<\/p>\n “Stephen\u2019s constant attention and engagement helped a lot. He would call and discuss things with me about the market and different opportunities. Eventually, he put forward the opportunity of an interview for a Site Engineer role.
