Born and raised in the UK, I moved to NZ in 2014 and threw myself into Wellington’s thriving hospitality and craft beer scene. After 7 years of venue management and craft beer business ownership, in 2022 I kicked off my recruitment and staffing career in IT. Joining Archway’s Corporate team this year, I’m looking to build my recruitment expertise in a new subject matter.
I pride myself on building career partnerships, taking the time to understand individuals’ needs, skills, and what drives them, and how this will shape their career pathway.
Outside of work, you’ll find me either chasing my 2 year old son around a park, or mountain biking up and over one of Wellington’s many hills.
