The Archway Story
In 2017 Archway opened with offices in Auckland and Wellington to focus on the built environment. Our aim was to get a deep understanding of our clients and candidates requirements and deliver a personal, enduring and less transactional partnership than many of our competitors.
It has served us well with the Christchurch office opening in 2018 and corporate services added to our sector specialisms in the same year. Experienced consultants also chose to join us on our journey. We now have over 15 team members, largely made up of experienced recruiters with a deep understanding of their sector.
In 2021 Archway won the RCSA Outstanding Medium Agency in New Zealand and was a finalist with SEEK for medium recruitment agency of the year.
