I’ve been working in recruitment for close to 10 years, with the last eight years specialising in the Accounting and Finance sector. During that time, I’ve built strong relationships across the market and developed an extensive network of finance professionals.
I specialise in permanent Accounting and Finance appointments and take a relationship-driven approach to recruitment. I invest time in understanding what motivates the professionals I work with, where they want their careers to go, and what type of environment they’ll thrive in. This means I’m often able to connect clients with high-calibre talent quickly and effectively.
For me, successful recruitment is about much more than finding someone who is technically capable. It’s about understanding both the organisation and the individual to ensure the right long term fit for everyone involved.
In my spare time, you’ll find me out on the showjumping circuit around New Zealand, or at the beach with my main Billy, the Cocker Spaniel, who regularly features in the Archway Office.
