I have over 10 years of experience in sales, recruitment, and account management, with a strong background in professional services. As a Principal Consultant at Archway Recruitment, I specialise across business support, marketing and communications, HR, and recruitment. I am passionate about making the right match, whether that’s supporting someone into their next role or helping a client find the right addition to their team.
Before joining Archway, I worked in both recruitment and financial services, developing experience in business transformation, policy, ministerials, and OIA. Along the way I’ve built strong skills in training delivery, management, and relationship building, which I draw on to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Outside of work, I’m a podcast addict and a history buff, and I love cooking, horse riding, roller skating (badly), and travelling.
