After completing my studies with Victoria University of Wellington; I joined Archway in 2021 as the organisation’s first Talent Manager. Originally working directly under one of the Directors; I developed a love for fast-paced structured processes and saw the true importance of building trusted long-term relationships. Once my training wheels were off, I was tasked with growing the Transactional Accounting recruitment desk across Wellington. With exciting life changes, I have now relocated back to Christchurch where I have started the South Island Accounting, Finance, Payroll and HRIS space!
I have always been a people person who likes connecting people (across my personal and professional life). I truly pride myself on my genuine nature, love for processes, my utter transparency and ensuring I put my all into a process. Outside of work, you will usually find me baking up a storm, going on various adventures with my partner who is always pushing me out of my comfort zone, reading murder mystery books and spending time with those I love.
