After 12 years of establishing and managing an Energy recruitment business in Scotland for a large international recruitment company, I transferred to Auckland in 2012 to manage and coach teams of consultants recruiting in the power, property and engineering sector as well as IT.
During this time, I’ve developed a strong network of candidates and clients in the engineering sector in Auckland and the Power Industry nationwide. I’ve also been responsible for winning and managing several regional and national engineering accounts.
Now, as one of the three founding Directors of Archway Recruitment, I specialise in recruiting in the engineering sector nationally and is based in Auckland.
I live in Auckland with my wife and four sons. Weekends are busy times with numerous games of football, swimming lessons and birthday parties to drop off at. On the rare occasions I’m not running around after the boys, I occasionally get out on my road bike, go fishing and take my wife for a beer.
